Generally, we do not provide returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations to orders submitted and paid. 

Soft-copy Sales
Due to the nature of products sold for online downloads, upon successful order submission and payment, there will be strictly no returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations allowed.

Hard-copy Sales
Once an order has been submitted and paid for, there will be strictly no returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations allowed. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
